Sriracha Chelada Recipe
The Sriracha Chelada is an exciting red colored cocktail recipe packed with flavor and a bit of heat, with heavy hints of a Bloody Mary ingredient list. Made from UV Sriracha vodka, beer, tomato juice, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce, and served in a chilled salt-rimmed highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Pepper Vodka (UV Sriracha Vodka)
- Beer - any light beer
- 1/4 oz Tomato Juice
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- dash Worcestershire Sauce
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Salt - to rim glass
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake pepper vodka, tomato juice, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled salt-rimmed highball or beer glass.
- Fill with light beer, and garnish with a lime wedge.
