Creole Summer Recipe
Summer in New Orleans is a hot and steamy time enjoyed by all. The Creole Summer cocktail recipe is made from vanilla vodka, Limoncello, sweet and sour mix, passion fruit, egg white and green Tabasco sauce, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with lemon and jalapeno slices.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 3/4 oz Limoncello
- 1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
- 1/2 oz Passion Fruit - puree
- 1/2 oz Egg - white
- 3-5 drops Tabasco Sauce - green
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- slice Jalapeno Pepper - for garnish
- Garnish: Jalapeno, Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and jalapeno.
