Polynesian Cocktail Recipe
The Polynesian Cocktail is made from vodka, cherry brandy, lime juice, lemon juice and sugar, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 wedge Lime
- Sugar - to rim glass
- Garnish: Sugar
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Rub a lime wedge over the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip the glass into sugar to coat the rim.
- Shake vodka, cherry brandy, lime juice and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass without disturbing the sugar rim.
