Clamato Michelada Perfecta Recipe
The Clamato Michelada Perfecta is the perfect drink recipe when you are manning the grill, especially if you are a Bloody Mary fan. A red colored drink made from Clamato, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, lime and cold beer, and served in a chili-pepper rimmed beer mug.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Clamato Tomato Cocktail
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- Beer
- Chili Powder - to rim glass
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Salt - to rim glass
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Beer Mug
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled beer mug, then dip into a mix of salt and chili powder.
- Add Clamato, lime juice, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce and stir.
- Fill with ice cold beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
