Blushing Tease Recipe
The Blushing Tease is a summer punch made from gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, lemon sherbet, green tea, raspberries, orange bitters and maraschino liqueur, and served from a small pitcher. Recipe serves 2.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Ice Cream - lemon sherbet
- 4 oz Tea - green tea
- 8 Raspberry
- dash Orange Bitters
- dash Maraschino Liqueur
- slices Lemon
- Mint
- Garnish: Lemon, Mint, Raspberry
- Glass: Pitcher/Punch Bowl
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a small pitcher full of ice.
- Stir gently. Upon serving, pour into punch cups or rocks glasses, and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries and mint.
