Blue Italian Heaven Recipe
The Blue Italian Heaven is a tropical green drink made from Disaronno, dark rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and lime, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Amaretto (Disaronno)
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 slice Pineapple
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake Disaronno, rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and pineapple leaves.
