Soleil de Provence Recipe
        The Soleil de Provence is an exquisite cocktail made from Joseph Cartron apricot brandy, vodka, apricot, brown sugar and champagne, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
        
         Ingredients
         
         Directions
         
          - Shake apricot brandy, vodka, apricot puree and brown sugar with ice in a cocktail shaker.
 - Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
 - Top with a splash of chilled Brut champagne.
