PDQ Recipe
The PDQ is a spicy and full-bodied cocktail made from pepper flavored vodka, beef stock, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon and spices, and served in a hurricane glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Pepper Vodka
- 2 oz Beef Stock
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- 3/4 cup Ice - crushed
- 1 slice Lemon - for garnish
- 1 Chili Pepper - for garnish
- Garnish: Chili Pepper, Lemon
- Glass: Hurricane Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Strain into a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a chili pepper and a lemon slice.
