New Orleans Gin Fizz Recipe
The New Orleans Gin Fizz drink recipe is made from gin, lime juice, lemon juice, half-and-half, simple syrup, egg white and club soda, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg - white
- Club Soda
- slice Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, lime juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and stir gently, then garnish with a slice of lime.
