New Orleans Buck Recipe
Any Buck drink is typically a tall alcoholic cocktail topped off with ginger ale, and the New Orleans Buck follows this tradition. A great Mardi Gras drink recipe made from white rum, lime juice, orange juice and ginger ale, and served over ice in a Collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- slice Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, orange juice and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins or highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with ginger ale and stir gently, then garnish with a slice of lime.
