The Mandeville cocktail recipe is named for Mandeville, Louisiana, known for its Cajun culture and jazz music. Made from dark rum, white rum, Pernod absinthe, grenadine, lemon juice and cola, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 tbsp Absinthe (Pernod)
- 1/2 tsp Grenadine
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Cola (Coke)
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
