Leonardy Recipe
The Leonardy cocktail recipe is a blue colored drink made from vodka, blue curacao, peach liqueur, lime juice and apple juice, and served blended with ice in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a strawberry, apple slice and fresh mint.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Apple Juice
- slice Apple - for garnish
- Strawberry - for garnish
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Apple, Mint, Strawberry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Add vodka, blue curacao, peach liqueur, lime juice, apple juice and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint, strawberry and an apple slice.
