La Belle Vert Recipe
The La Belle Vert is a green colored drink made from absinthe, Limoncello, Wenneker Melon liqueur, cherry bitters and lime juice, and served over crushed ice in a rocks glass garnished with lime peel.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Absinthe
- 1/2 oz Limoncello
- 1/2 oz Melon Liqueur (Wenneker Melon)
- 3 dashes Cherry Bitters
- squeeze Lime Juice
- Lime - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Stir all ingredients well with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a lime peel and serve.
