Josiah's Bay Float Recipe
Pull your ship into bay and have a few drinks with your mateys. The Josiah's Bay Float drink recipe is made from dark rum, Strega, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup and champagne, and served over ice in a Collins glass garnished with lime and a maraschino cherry.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Strega
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- slice Lime - for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Lime, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Blend rum, Strega, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup and ice on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled Collins glass and fill with chilled champagne.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice and a maraschino cherry.
