  • Thinly slice the lemon peels using a vegetable peeler, and muddle them with sugar, then allow it to rest for 90 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and muddle again.
  • Add water and pisco and stir.
  • When ready to serve, add ice to a large pitcher or punch bowl, and pour the punch in.
  • Add a little freshly grated nutmeg and serve.
