Chai Lovetini Recipe
The Chai Lovetini is a citrus cocktail made from Effen vodka, lemon, sugar, water and orange bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Vodka (Effen)
- Lemon - thin slices of peel
- Orange - thin slices of peel
- 1 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 dashes Orange Bitters (Fee Brothers)
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Add lemon peel, orange peel, bitters, sugar and water to a cocktail shaker, then muddle until you can smell the citrus aroma.
- Add Effen vodka and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
