The Cesari Citrus is a fruity drink recipe made from Luxardo Sambuca dei Cesari, orange juice, bitters, lemon juice and lime juice, and served over crushed ice in a rocks glass garnished with an orange peel and lime peel.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Sambuca (Luxardo Sambuca dei Cesari)
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 tsp Bitters
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Lime - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange, Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with an orange peel and a lime peel.
