The Anais is a smooth and relaxing cocktail made from creme de cassis, heavy cream, orange juice and cognac, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Creme de Cassis
- 3/4 oz Cognac
- 3/4 oz Heavy Cream
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- Garnish: Apple, Maraschino Cherry, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
