Razzonia Recipe
Bring the flavors of summer together in this exciting sweet brown dessert cocktail. The Razzonia is made from Mozart White chocolate liqueur, Bacardi Razz raspberry rum, creme de cassis, blueberry syrup, blackberry syrup, lemon juice and light cream, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Mozart White)
- 3/4 oz Raspberry Rum (Bacardi Razz)
- 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
- 1/2 oz Blueberry Syrup
- 1 tsp Blackberry Syrup
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Light Cream
- Cocoa Powder - for garnish
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Cocoa Powder, Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with sweet cocoa powder and fresh mint.
