Tropix Storm Recipe
The Tropix Storm is an exotic orange colored drink made from Tropix liqueur, rum, lime juice and ginger beer, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tropix Liqueur
- 1 oz Dark Rum (Appleton Estate Reserve)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- Add rum, then slowly add ginger beer.
- Top with Tropix liqueur and lime juice.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves, and serve without stirring.
