Toasted Drop Recipe
The Toasted Drop cocktail recipe is made from citrus vodka, Limoncello, amaretto, sweet and sour mix and egg white, and served in a chilled cinnamon-sugar rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
- 3/4 oz Limoncello
- 1/2 oz Amaretto (Luxardo Amaretto di Saschira)
- 1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
- 1 Egg - white
- Sugar - to rim glass
- Cinnamon - to rim glass
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Cinnamon, Sugar
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip into a cinnamon-sugar mix to coat the rim.
- Shake the remaining ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
