The Caorunnut Recipe
The Caorunnut cocktail is made from Caorunn gin, gomme, lemon juice, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur and club soda, and served garnished with thyme in a sling glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 2/3 oz Hazelnut Irish Cream (Frangelico)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/3 oz Gomme Syrup
- Club Soda - to top
- Thyme - for garnish
- Garnish: Thyme
- Glass: Sling Glass
Directions
- Add ice to a sling glass, or other tall stemmed glass.
- Add Caorunn gin, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, lemon juice and gomme.
- Top with club soda and garnish with fresh thyme.
