San Tropez Recipe
The San Tropez cocktail is made from Chambord flavored vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, mint leaves, cucumber, heavy cream and ginger ale, and served in a chilled wine glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Chambord Vodka
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 8 leaves Mint
- 1 slice Cucumber
- Ginger Ale - to top
- 1/2 oz Heavy Cream
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake the heavy cream and a little Chambord flavored vodka with ice in a cocktail shaker until foamy. Refrigerate.
- Muddle the cucumber, mint, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add chambord vodka and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled wine glass, top with ginger ale, and float the foam on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
