Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1-1/2 oz Lemon Juice - or lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake Pisco, lemon juice and sugar vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker until sugar is dissolved.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
