Cuzco Fizz Recipe
The Cuzco Fizz is a clear colored drink made from Pisco, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, grapes, lime juice and club soda, and served over ice in a collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Pisco
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 6 Grape - green
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Grapes, Lime
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Muddle the grapes and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add Pisco, elderflower liqueur and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a highball glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
