Hawaiian Deluxe Recipe
The Hawaiian Deluxe is a tropical drink based on teh Hawaiian theme of orange, rum and coconut. Made from coconut rum, Cointreau, dark rum, coconut cream, pineapple and lemon juice, and served in a hurricane glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Coconut Rum (Malibu)
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 dash Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Grenadine
- Garnish: Pineapple, Coconut
- Glass: Hurricane Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except grenadine, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled hurricane glass.
- Slowly pour the grenadine over the top, and garnish with pineapple and coconut slices.
