Fogcutter Recipe
The Fogcutter is an exciting tropical drink made from rum, genever, gin, lemon juice, orange juice, orgeat syrup and cream sherry, and served with ice and fresh fruit in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Genever (Bols Barrel Aged)
- 1/2 oz Gin (Damrak)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1/2 oz Sherry - cream
- Currant Berries - for garnish
- wedge Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Redcurrant, Orange
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir lightly.
- Garnish with red currant berries, an orange wedge and a pineapple leaf.
