The Crescent cocktail recipe is made from Lucid absinthe, triple sec, champagne, pineapple juice and mint, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Absinthe (Lucid)
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 4-6 leaves Mint
- Champagne - to top
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and triple sec in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Add ice, absinthe and pineapple juice and stir.
- Top with chilled champagne and garnish with more mint.
