Colour Recipe
The Colour is a layered cocktail made from vodka, Joseph Cartron blackberry liqueur, raspberry puree, lemonade, raspberries and lime, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 oz Vodka
- 1-1/3 oz Blackberry Liqueur (Joseph Cartron)
- Lemonade - to fill
- 1 slice Lime
- 3 Raspberry
- 1/3 oz Raspberry - puree
- Garnish: Raspberry, Lime
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Add vodka and raspberries to a chilled cocktail glass, then lay the lime slice over top.
- Shake blackberry liqueur and raspberry puree with ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain over top.
- Fill with chilled lemonade.
- Garnish with raspberries and lime slices.
