Boca Ginger Fizz Recipe
The Boca Ginger Fizz drink recipe is made from Boca Loca cachaca, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, lemon juice, agave nectar, egg white, sage leaves, peach bitters and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cachaca (Boca Loca)
- 3/4 oz Ginger Liqueur (Domain de Canton)
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Agave Nectar
- 1/2 Egg - white
- 2 leaves Sage
- dash Peach Bitters
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Club Soda - to fill
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except club soda, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice.
