Abbey Road Recipe
The Abbey Road is a classic cocktail made from gin, apple juice, lemon juice, mint, lemon and ginger, and served over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Apple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 chunk Ginger - candied
- 6 leaves Mint
- 1 slice Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint, lemon juice and ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, gin and apple juice, and shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
