Whiskey Daisy Recipe
The Whiskey Daisy is a classic mixed drink made form Scotch whiskey, lemon juice, sugar, grenadine and club soda, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Scotch Whiskey - or bourbon
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 1 tsp Sugar - superfine
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake Scotch, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon twist.
