Tequila Red Fizz Recipe
The Tequila Red Fizz is a bubbly red colored drink made from Clamato tomato cocktail, tequila, Rose's lime, Worcestershire sauce and club soda, and served in a spice-rimmed beer glass.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Clamato Tomato Cocktail
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold
- 1 tsp Rose's Lime - lime cordial
- Club Soda
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- Chili Powder
- Salt
- Oregano
- Garnish: Lime, Salt, Oregano
- Glass: Beer Mug
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled beer glass, then dip into a mixture of salt, oregano and chili powder.
- Shake clamato, tequila, Rose's lime cordial and Worcestershire sauce with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and fill with club soda.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
