Serenade Recipe
The Serenade drink blends Caribbean and Italian flavors to make a great summertime cocktail. Made from white rum, amaretto, coconut cream and pineapple juice, and served in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor.
- Pour into a highball glass half-filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
