Rum Fix Recipe
When you get an itch for a good drink, take care of that with a good Rum Fix cocktail. Made from dark rum, lemon juice, water, sugar, maraschino cherry and lemon, and served over crushed ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Cherry - for garnish
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry, Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass packed full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
