Pineapple Express Recipe
The Pineapple Express drink recipe is made from rum, lime juice, agave nectar, pineapple, bitters, ginger beer and basil, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Agave Nectar
- 4 chunks Pineapple
- 2 leaves Basil
- 3 dash Bitters (Fee Brothers)
- Ginger Beer (Fentiman's)
- Garnish: Basil, Pineapple
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle pineapple, agave nectar, basil and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add bitters, white rum and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and top with Fentiman's ginger beer.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and a pineapple wedge.
