Original Pisco Sour Recipe
The Original Pisco Sour cocktail is made from Pisco, lemon juice, superfine sugar, egg white and bitters, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Pisco
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Sugar - superfine
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Egg - white
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake Pisco, egg white, sugar and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Top with a few drops of bitters.
