Mojito Cruzan Recipe
The Mojito Cruzan is Cruzan Rum's answer to the classic Mojito cocktail recipe. Made from Cruzan light rum, lime juice, simple syrup, mint and club soda, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Cruzan Light)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 sprigs Mint
- Club Soda
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime, Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Fill with ice, then add lime juice and rum.
- Stir gently, then top with club soda and garnish with mint and lime.
