Mexican Mule Recipe
The Mexican Mule is a southern version of the classic Moscow Mule cocktail. Made from Jose Cuervo gold tequila, Kahlua coffee liqueur, simple syrup and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila - Gold (Jose Cuervo)
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)
- 1 dash Simple Syrup
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the lime wedges and simple syrup in a highball glass.
- Fill the glass 3/4 with crushed ice, then add tequila and Kahlua.
- Fill with ginger ale and serve.
