Lush Crush Recipe
The Lush Crush is made form Absolut Kurant vodka, strawberries, lime, simple syrup and champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Black Currant Vodka (Absolut Kurant)
- 2 wedges Lime
- 2 Strawberry - sliced
- 1 dash Simple Syrup
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- Garnish: Strawberry
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Muddle most of the strawberry slices and lime wedges in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add Absolut Kurant vodka, simple syrup and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a champagne flute, and top with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a few strawberry slices.
