Jungle Mango Recipe
The Jungle Mango is an orange colored drink made from rum, Joseph Cartron mango liqueur, Campari, pineapple juice and lime juice, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Mango Liqueur (Joseph Cartron)
- 1/3 oz Campari
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass packed full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves.
