- 2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 tsp Cointreau
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon

Directions
- Shake brandy, Cointreau, sugar and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
