Elderflower Mojito Recipe
The Elderflower Mojito is a refreshing Mojito with a sweet twist. A summer drink made from white rum, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, mint and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (The Bitter Truth)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 6 leaves Mint
- 1/3 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
- wedge Lime
- Garnish: Mint, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in a highball glass.
- Add rum and elderflower liqueur, then fill with ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
