The East to West is a refreshing summer punch made from Beefeater gin, dark rum, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, white creme de cacao, coconut water and bitters, and served with lemon slices in a rocks glass. Recipe makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
- 3 oz Coconut Water
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- slices Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Pitcher/Punch Bowl
Directions
- Fill a small pitcher or punch bowl with ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir lightly.
- Serve in rocks glasses, garnishing with lemon slices.
