Donn Beach Lives Recipe
The Donn Beach Lives cocktail recipe is made from Boca Loca cachaca, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, tamarind juice, bitters and egg white, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cachaca (Boca Loca)
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Juice
- 3 dashes Bitters (The Bitter Truth)
- 1 Egg - white
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
