Cremant Cocktail Recipe
The Cremant Cocktail is a celebratory calvados-based cocktail perfect for any party. Made from calvados, Joseph Cartron triple sec, bitters, simple syrup and champagne, and served in a chilled wine glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Apple Brandy (Calvados)
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec (Joseph Cartron)
- 1/2 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 splash Bitters - whiskey barrel-aged
- Champagne - chilled, to fill
- 1 wedge Apple - cinnamon covered
- Garnish: Apple, Cinnamon
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Add simple syrup and bitters to a chilled wine glass, then swirl around to coat the inside of the glass.
- Add Calvados and triple sec, then fill with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a cinnamon covered apple wedge.
