Chocolate Gimlet Recipe
The Chocolate Gimlet is a modern variation of the classic Gimlet drink, served either as a dessert cocktail or a digestif. Made from gin, lime cordial and Mozart Black chocolate liqueur, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Rose's Lime - or 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Mozart Black)
- wedge Lime
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Add gin, lime cordial and Mozart Black chocolate liqueur and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy with a dessert cake or on its own.
