Berry Spice Recipe
The Berry Spice drink is made from Chambord flavored vodka, honey, lemon juice, simple syrup, jalapeno pepper and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Chambord Vodka
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper - small
- 3 Blackberry
- Ginger Ale
- Garnish: Ginger, Blackberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the blackberries, jalapeno, honey and lemon juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and Chambord flavored vodka and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with ginger ale and garnish with candied ginger and blackberry.
