Tamarind Margarita Recipe
The Tamarind Margarita is a unique member of the margarita family of drink recipes. Made from Lunazul blanco tequila, simple syrup, margarita mix and tamarind concentrate, and served in chili powder rimmed cocktail glasses. Recipe serves about 8.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Tequila - Silver (Lunazul Blanco)
- 8 oz Tamarind Juice - concentrated
- 4 oz Simple Syrup
- 8 oz Margarita Mix
- Ice - crushed
- Salt - to rim glass
- Chili Powder - to rim glass
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until still slightly slushy.
- Wet the rim of chilled cocktail glasses, then dip into a mix of salt and chili powder to coat the rim.
