Summer of Matador Recipe
The Summer of Matador cocktail recipe is made from tequila, melon liqueur, watermelon liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and agave syrup, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with pineapple and mint.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila - Silver
- 2/3 oz Melon Liqueur
- 1/3 oz Watermelon Liqueur
- 2/3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/3 oz Lime Juice
- 1/3 oz Agave Syrup
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and fresh mint.
